Replacement of Provisions with Respect to Notice of Redemption. With respect to the Senior Non Preferred Notes only, the first paragraph of Section 11.04 of the Base Indenture is hereby replaced with the following: Notice of Redemption. Notice of redemption shall be given not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days prior to the Redemption Date to each Holder of Senior Non Preferred Debt Securities to be redeemed in the manner and to the extent provided in Section 1.06.
