Common use of Replacement of Schedule 2 Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Schedule 2. 01. Schedule 2.01 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and a new schedule in the form of Schedule 2.01 attached hereto is substituted therefor.
