Replacement of Selexis Materials Sample Clauses

Replacement of Selexis Materials. Upon written request by COMPANY and within twenty (20) days of Selexis’s receipt of such request, Selexis, at no cost to COMPANY, shall deliver a new shipment of then-current Selexis Materials to COMPANY, provided, however, that Selexis is not obliged to deliver Selexis Materials at no cost more than two (2) times in any given year of this Agreement.
