Common use of Replacement of Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Warrant Agent. (1) The Warrant Agent may resign its duties and obligations and be discharged from all further duties and liabilities hereunder, except as provided in this subsection, by giving to the Corporation and the Warrantholders not less than thirty (30) days’ notice in writing or, if a new Warrant Agent has been appointed, such shorter notice as the Corporation accepts as sufficient.

Replacement of Warrant Agent. (1) The Warrant Agent may resign its duties and obligations agency and be discharged from all further duties and liabilities hereunder, except as otherwise provided in this subsectionIndenture, by giving to the Corporation Company and the Warrantholders not less than thirty (30) 90 days’ notice in writing or, if a new Warrant Agent has been appointed, such shorter notice as the Corporation Company accepts as sufficient.
