Common use of Replacement of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Warrant. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and substitution for this Warrant, a New Warrant, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction and indemnity, if requested, satisfactory to it. Applicants for a New Warrant under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.

Replacement of Warrant. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall may in its discretion issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and substitution for this Warrant, a New Warrant, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction and indemnity, if requested, satisfactory to it. Applicants for a New Warrant under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.

Replacement of Warrant. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and in substitution for this Warrant, a New WarrantWarrant at the expense of the Holder, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction and customary and reasonable indemnity, if requested, satisfactory to it. Applicants for a New Warrant under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.

Replacement of Warrant. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and substitution for this Warrant, a New Warrant, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory an affidavit of loss in form and substance. If a New Warrant is requested as a result of a mutilation of this Warrant, then the Holder shall deliver such mutilated Warrant to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction and indemnity, if requested, satisfactory as a condition precedent to it. Applicants for a the Company’s obligation to issue the New Warrant under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribeWarrant.

Replacement of Warrant. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall provide irrevocable instructions to the Transfer Agent to issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and substitution for this Warrant, a New Warrant, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction and customary and reasonable bond or indemnity, if requested, satisfactory to it. Applicants for a New Warrant under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable charges third-party costs as the Company may prescribe.

If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, ---------------------- stolen or destroyed, the Company Corporation shall issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and substitution for this Warrant, a New Warrant, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company Corporation of such loss, theft or destruction and indemnity, if requested, satisfactory to it. Applicants for a New Warrant under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company Corporation may prescribe.

If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and substitution for this Warrant, a New Warrant, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction and indemnity, if requested, reasonably satisfactory to it. Applicants for a New Warrant under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may reasonably prescribe.
