Common use of Replacement of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Warrant. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) upon delivery of an indemnity agreement (with surety if reasonably required) in an amount reasonably satisfactory to it, or (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company will issue, in lieu thereof, a new Warrant of like tenor.

Replacement of Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant and (Warrant, and, in the case of such loss, theft or destruction) , upon delivery to the Company of an indemnity agreement (with surety if reasonably required) in an amount or security reasonably satisfactory to itit and reimbursement to the Company of all reasonable expenses incidental thereto, or (or, in the case of any such mutilation) , upon surrender and cancellation thereofof this Warrant, the Company will issue, in lieu thereof, make and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor, in lieu of this Warrant.
