Replacement Securities Inapplicable. The provisions of Paragraphs 11(c), 11(e), and 11(f) of the SIFMA Master shall not apply to Transactions under this Agreement, and all terms and provisions thereof and references thereto (including any references to “Replacement Securities”) shall be disregarded for purposes of this Agreement.
