REPLACEMENT SMART CARDS Clause Samples
REPLACEMENT SMART CARDS. Replacement Smart Cards will be issued to Agents who:
a. have complied with this Agreement and the policies and procedures of the MLS with respect to the SentriLock System.
b. pay a fee and/or deposit specified by the MLS to replace a Smart Card lost, stolen, damaged or defective.
REPLACEMENT SMART CARDS. If the original issued Smart Card is lost or stolen, and the loss or theft has been immediately reported to MSC, a replacement Smart Card will be issued to the Subscriber upon written notice and payment of a $10.70 replacement Smart Card fee.
REPLACEMENT SMART CARDS. Replacement Smart Cards will be issued to Authorized Users who:
a. Have complied with this Agreement and the policies and procedures of MMLS with respect to the SentriLock System.
b. Pay a fee and/or deposit specified by MMLS to replace a Smart Card lost, stolen, damaged or defective.
REPLACEMENT SMART CARDS. Replacement Smart Cards will be issued to KEYHOLDERS who:
a) Have complied with the terms of this AGREEMENT and the Rules and Regulations of SAN DIEGO | MLS as they relate to electronic lockbox systems.
b) Have paid the prescribed key fee.
c) Pay the cost, if required, of replacing a Smart Card that has been lost, stolen, damaged or found to be defective.
REPLACEMENT SMART CARDS. Replacement Smart Cards will be issued to Agents whose card is found to be defective within thirty (30) days of issuance. Cards damaged, or defective by means of improper use or maintenance, will not be replaced.
REPLACEMENT SMART CARDS. Replacement Smart Cards will be issued to Agents who:
a. have complied with this Agreement and the policies and procedures of NEMBOR with respect to the SentriLock System.
b. pay a fee and/or deposit specified by NEMBOR to replace a Smart Card lost, stolen, or damaged. Any previous Risco users will get one replacement card at no charge if Risco deposit was not returned. Any replacement cards after that will have a replacement fee of $25. New users to the Sentrilock System will pay $25 for replacement cards. Sentrilock boxes will be replaced at actual cost by all users.
c. Stolen/Lost/Unaccountable – A stolen, lost, or unaccountable Sentrilock key card must be reported to the Association within 48 hours. The Participant who has co-signed the Sentrilock Smart Card Authorized User Agreement must be notified as well.
