Common use of Replacement Swap Agreement Clause in Contracts

Replacement Swap Agreement. Upon a request by the Insurer pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Insurance Agreement, the Issuer shall enter into a Replacement Swap Agreement (as such term is defined in Section 4.08 of the Insurance Agreement) with a replacement Swap Provider or replacement Swap Providers in form and substance satisfactory to the Insurer.

Replacement Swap Agreement.
