Common use of Replacement Warrants Clause in Contracts

Replacement Warrants. If this Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may issue a new Warrant of like date, tenor and denomination and deliver the same in exchange and substitution for and upon surrender and cancellation of the mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of the Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant.

Replacement Warrants. If this Warrant is shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may issue a new Warrant of like date, tenor and denomination and deliver the same in exchange and substitution for and upon surrender and cancellation of the mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of the Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant.

If In case this Warrant is shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may shall issue and deliver in exchange and substitution therefor and upon cancellation thereof, a new Warrant of like date, tenor and denomination and deliver the same in exchange and substitution for and upon surrender and cancellation of the mutilated Warrantrepresenting an equivalent right or interest, or in lieu of the Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the such loss, theft or destruction of such this Warrant, together with an appropriate agreement regarding indemnification of the Company relating to the issuance of a replacement Warrant.
