Replacing Key Personnel Identified on a Task Order. The Parties may identify key personnel by name in a Task Order. If Vendor needs to replace such personnel before completing the Task Order, Vendor will use good-faith efforts to notify Citizens’ Contract Manager at least ten (10) business days in advance of the change. Such notice will include a resume for the personnel filling the vacancy. Citizens shall be provided with a reasonable opportunity to review and approve any changes to Vendor Staff, and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
