Common use of Report of Actual Costs Clause in Contracts

Report of Actual Costs. Upon completion of each undergrounding project and at the written request of the City, the Company shall submit to the City a detailed report of the Company's actual cost to complete the project and the Company shall reconcile this total actual cost with the accepted cost estimate. The report shall be provided within 120 days after completion of the project and written request from the City.
