Common use of Report of Infringement Clause in Contracts

Report of Infringement. With respect to any Licensor IP subject to the License, including Licensor Trademarks, when information comes to the attention of the Licensee to the effect that any of the licensed rights have been or are threatened to be infringed by a third-party (including any propagation, production or reproduction of the TO Strains or New IP) in violation with the terms of this Agreement, the Licensee shall notify the Licensor in writing of any such infringement or threatened infringement of which it has become aware.
