Common use of Report of Investigation Clause in Contracts

Report of Investigation. Within seven (7) days of completion of the investigation, the Investigator shall prepare a written report of findings and review the Report and findings with the appropriate senior management personnel. The appropriate senior manager shall then meet with the Complainant and a Union Xxxxxxx, if the employee chooses, advising that the investigation has been completed, what conclusions were reached and whether any action has been taken or what action, if any, will be taken.
