Common use of Report of Legal and Other Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Report of Legal and Other Proceedings. and Related Events - The MCO must comply with the Uniform Managed Care Manual Chapter 5.8, regarding the disclosure of certain matters involving either the MCO, its Affiliates, and/or its Material Subcontractors. Reports are due both on an as-occurs basis and annually each August 31st. The as-occurs report is due no later than 30 days after the event that triggered the notification requirement.
