Common use of Report of Trade Clause in Contracts

Report of Trade. Buyer acknowledges that the Company may be required to file a report of trade with the Ontario Securities Commission containing personal information about the Buyer. This report of trade will include the full name, address and telephone number of the Buyer, the number and type of securities purchased, the total purchase price paid for the Units, the date of the Closing and the exemption relied upon under applicable securities laws to complete such purchase.
