Common use of Report on Properties Clause in Contracts

Report on Properties. As soon as available and in any event on or before March 1 and September 1 of each calendar year, and at such other times as any Lender, in accordance with Section 7 hereof, may request, the engineering reports required to be furnished to the Agent under such Section 7 on the Oil and Gas Properties;
