Report Operators. 14. When any Operator oversleeps, their order on report shall be determined by the time they call the garage after oversleeping. They will be at the foot of the report list. If they are called down on to report in the morning, they shall keep anything they catch and shall be penalized the eight (8) hour guarantee.
