Report Regulatory Non-Compliance or Alleged Violation. The State, acting through the Academy, shall promptly report to the Operations Director and designees in the event of any report of non-compliance or alleged violation of Federal, State, or International law, statute, or regulation, including, but not limited to, the Vessel General Permit (VGP), Vessel Security Plan (VSP), and the Training Ship’s Safety Management System.
