Common use of Report to CEO Clause in Contracts

Report to CEO. Executive will report directly to the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. The Company’s board of directors and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company may, from time to time, modify Executive’s title or add, delete, or modify Executive’s performance responsibilities to accommodate management succession, as well as any other management objectives of the Company. Executive will assume any additional positions, duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be requested of him with or without additional compensation, as appropriate and consistent with Sections 3(a) and 3(b) of this Agreement.
