Reporting, Affirmative and Negative Covenants of the Company. From and after the date of this Agreement, and thereafter so long as any of the Notes shall remain outstanding, the Company will duly perform and observe, for the benefit of the holders of the Notes, each and all of the covenants and agreements applicable to it as hereinafter set forth:
