Reporting and Disclosures. 117. One month and two months after the Effective Date, and then every three months thereafter, Government Parties shall submit to Plaintiffs a status report documenting their implementation of this Agreement. The status reports shall include the following information, unless this Agreement expressly provides otherwise, including any underlying documentation or records:
