REPORTING AND OTHER AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS. Each Note Party covenants and agrees that so long as any of the Obligations remain outstanding (other than contingent indemnification obligations to the extent no claims giving rise thereto have been asserted by the Person entitled thereto), each Note Party shall perform all covenants in this Section 5.
