Reporting and Planning. (i) Buyer will submit to Novartis [***] with respect to Development and Commercialization activities with respect to the Compound, until the earlier of (A) regulatory approval of a Product, or (B) cessation of Development prior to regulatory approval of a Product, consistent with Commercially Reasonable Efforts.
