Common use of REPORTING AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS UNDER SECTION 1512 OF THE RECOVERY ACT Clause in Contracts

REPORTING AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS UNDER SECTION 1512 OF THE RECOVERY ACT. (a) This award requires the Recipient to complete projects or activities that are funded under the Recovery Act and to report on use of Recovery Act funds provided through this award. Information from these reports will be made available to the public. (b) The Recipient agrees to submit the requisite reports no later than ten calendar days after each calendar quarter in which it receives the Federal assistance award funded in whole or in part by the Recovery Act. (c) The Recipient agrees to have, and require its subrecipients to have, a Dun and Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx). (d) The Recipient agrees to maintain a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx) at all times during which it has an active Federal award funded with Recovery Act funds. If the Recipient has delegated any of its reporting requirements under Section 1512 of the Recovery Act to any subrecipient, the Recipient agrees to require that subrecipient to maintain a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx) at all times during which it is participating in a Project financed through an active Federal award funded with Recovery Act funds. (e) The Recipient agrees to report the information described in section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act using the reporting instructions and data elements that will be provided online at xxxx://xxx.XxxxxxxXxxxxxxxx.xxx and ensure that any information that is pre-filled is corrected or updated as needed.
