Common use of Reporting by the Consultant Clause in Contracts

Reporting by the Consultant. At least once in every month, or so often as may be required by the Company, the Consultant will provide the Board of Directors of the Company with such information concerning the results of the Consultant's General Services and activities hereunder for the previous month as the Board of Directors of the Company may reasonably require. In addition, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that any written information or materials provided by the Consultant to any person or company hereunder will be subject to the prior review, approval and direction of the Board of Directors of the Company.
