Reporting Cases. Unit members shall immediately report cases of assault suffered by them in connection with their employment to their principal or immediate supervisor and to local law enforcement agencies. Such notification shall be immediately forwarded to the Superintendent who shall comply with any request from the unit member for information relating to the incident which is not of a confidential nature and which is in the possession of the Superintendent.
