Common use of Reporting Changes in Services Clause in Contracts

Reporting Changes in Services. In order for the Client to maintain and improve its existing information security policies, procedures, and controls, Agency shall promptly report to the Client any of the following changes to the Services being provided by Agency to the Client pursuant to the Agreement: (1) changes and enhancements to networks used in connection with the Services, (2) use of new technologies in connection with the Services, (3) adoption of new products or newer versions/releases used in connection with the Services, (4) use of new development tools and environments used in connection with the Services, (5) changes to physical location of service facilities used in connection with the Services, and ( 6) change of vendors used in connection with the Services.
