Reporting Communicable Diseases. Provider shall comply with the La. Admin. Code; Sanitary Code, Title 51, Part II, Chapter 1 and La. R.S. 40:4 et seq. by reporting all cases of communicable diseases such as tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases and Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome infection to the state public health agency within twenty-four (24) hours of notification from the date of service.
