Common use of Reporting Compliance Clause in Contracts

Reporting Compliance. Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by the secured indebtedness which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, and further agrees upon request of Agent to furnish Agent with evidence of such compliance.

Reporting Compliance. Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by the Note and secured indebtedness by this Mortgage which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, and further agrees upon request of Agent Mortgagee to furnish Agent Mortgagee with evidence of such compliance.

Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by transactions relating to the secured indebtedness which that are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, and further agrees upon request of Agent Mortgagee to furnish Agent Mortgagee with evidence of such compliance.

Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by the Notes and secured indebtedness by this Mortgage which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination Requirement of Law of any governmental authorityGovernmental Authority, and further agrees upon request of Administrative Agent to furnish Administrative Agent with evidence of such compliance.
