Reporting Due Date. Quarterly Progress Reports are due 15 days following the end of the quarter.

If (i) (a) Availability is in an amount greater than 15% of the Revolver Commitments, (b) US Availability is in an amount greater than 15% of the US Revolver Commitments, and (c) UK Availability is in an amount greater than 15% of the UK Revolver Commitments, or (ii) a FILO Period is in effect, the third Business Day of each week, otherwise, the 15th day of each month.
