Reporting Duties of the Trustee. (i) In addition to the reporting duties of the Trustee under Section 9 hereof, the Trustee shall file any returns for the Litigation Trust required by the QSF Regulations, including satisfying the reporting requirements under Treasury Regulations Section 1.671-4.
