Reporting Entity Requirements. Ester Finance Technologies, as originator (within the meaning of the Securitisation Regulation (as defined below)), is the entity designated to fulfil the information requirements pursuant to article 7.1 subparagraphs (a), (b), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the regulation (EU) 2017/2402 laying down a general framework for securitisation and creating a specific framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisation as amended by regulation (EU) 2021/557 and as amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time (the "Securitisation Regulation") as the Program is concerned.
