Reporting Errors. If an Ambassador or Influencer believes that Xxxxx Xxxxx has made an error in his/her compensation, the structure or organization of his/her genealogy, or any other error that impacts the Ambassadors or Influencer’s income, he/she must report it to the Company in writing within 60 days from the date on which the mistake occurred. While Xxxxx Xxxxx shall use its best efforts to correct errors reported more than 60 days after the date of the error, Xxxxx Xxxxx shall not be responsible to make changes or remunerate Ambassadors and Influencers for losses for mistakes that are reported more than 60 days after the mistake occurs.

Reporting ErrorsThe Company has sole audit responsibility for determining and ensuring the accuracy and validity of information, data, entries, and processing services. The Company must promptly report in writing any non-receipt of statements or other regular reports and any error in connection with any services covered by this Agreement and any discrepancy between the Company’s records of its orders and requests (including wire and ACH payment orders) and the notices the Company receives from the Bank regarding the Bank’s execution of the Company’s orders and requests. The Company agrees that thirty (30) days is a reasonable time for the Company to notify the Bank of discrepancies, including unauthorized and erroneous payment orders, unless any other portion of this Agreement, or any other applicable document, agreement or Law provides for a shorter notification time, in which case such shorter time shall apply. The Company agrees to provide the Bank with all information it reasonably requests in connection with any discrepancy. This Section does not modify the Bank’s Rules and Regulations Governing Deposit Accounts notification requirements regarding checks paid without a properly authorized signature or errors or discrepancies other than those specifically related to a service covered by this Agreement.

While Qyral shall use its best efforts to correct errors reported more than 60 days after the date of the error, Qyral shall not be responsible to make changes or remunerate Consultants for losses for mistakes that are reported more than 60 days after the mistake occurs.
