Reporting Format and Medium. The information to be provided by the Ceding Company in these monthly reports to the Reinsurer shall be in a format, and transmitted using a medium, mutually agreeable to the Parties. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the information to be provided by the Ceding Company in these monthly reports to the Reinsurer shall be on a self-administered reporting basis as set out in Exhibit VII.
