Reporting Formats and Schedules. The CMHCC and University Providers agree to continue to work cooperatively to identify reporting data requirements, to adopt standardized report formats and to comply with schedules for reporting information to the CMHCC. CMHCC Policy Statement F-01 outlines the financial reporting requirements and that policy statement and any subsequent revision to that policy statement adopted by a majority vote of the CMHCC is hereby incorporated into this Agreement. Monthly financial data is due to the CMHCC from the University Providers not later than the 30th day of the following month, except that the final year end closeout report shall be due to the CMHCC not later than 60 days following the end of the fiscal year.
