Loss of Eurocard Purchasing Account information shall be reported immediately upon discovery of the loss or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the Eurocard Purchasing Account information is being used without authorization. If the Eurocard Purchasing Account information is stored on a mobile device and the device is lost or stolen or if there are grounds to suspect unauthorized use of the device, the Eurocard Purchasing Account shall be blocked; see point 12 “Payment responsibility in connection with unauthorised transactions”.
