Common use of Reporting of a Violation Clause in Contracts

Reporting of a Violation. Any person who has knowledge of a possible infraction may present code violations to the advisor/coach, guidance counselor, or athletic director/principal. Such report must be made in writing and the person must be willing to testify before the person(s) accused and the board of education, if necessary. No anonymous reports will be considered.
