Common use of Reporting of Complaints Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Complaints. The Contractor agrees to promptly notify Camelot in writing in the event that it receives any complaints in relation to the Services or the Lottery. The Contractor will disclose the name of the party making the complaint, who the complaint is made against and the nature and circumstances that gave rise to the complaint.
