Reporting of decisions. Canada shall, no later than three months after the end of each fiscal year in the Implementation Period, report to all Parties to the Framework Agreement all decisions and changes to the Activities and Expenditures Plan and the Federal Provincial Measures Plan made by the Management Committee during the fiscal year.
