Reporting of Delinquent Mortgage Loans. To the extent and for so long as the Class B Certificates of a Series are outstanding and any interest in such Class B Certificates is held by the Class B Holder, the Company, as Master Servicer of the Mortgage Loans related to each Series, hereby agrees to provide to the Class B Holder the following notices and reports: Within three (3) Business Days after each Distribution Date (or included in or with the monthly statements to Certificateholders pursuant to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement), the Company shall provide to the Class B Holder a report, in tape format, containing the following information:
