Reporting of Delinquent Mortgage Loans. (a) To the extent and for so long as the Class B Certificates of a Series are outstanding and any interest in such Class B Certificates is held by the Class B Holder, the Company, as Master Servicer of the Mortgage Loans related to each Series, hereby agrees to provide to the Class B Holder the following notices and reports:
