Reporting of Delinquent Mortgage Loans. (a) To the extent and for so long as the Class B Certificates of a Series are outstanding and held by the Class B Holder, the Company, as Servicer of the Mortgage Loans related to each Series, shall provide to the Class B Holder an electronic file containing the following information on a monthly basis within three (3) business days after each Distribution Date; provided, however, that the information provided hereunder shall be consistent with the information provided to the Trustee pursuant to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement:

(a) To the extent and for so long as the Class B Residual Certificates of a Series are outstanding and held by the Class B Residual Holder, the Company, as Servicer of the Mortgage Loans related to each Series, shall provide to the Class B Residual Holder an electronic file containing the following information on a monthly basis within three (3) business days after each Distribution Date; provided, however, that the information provided hereunder shall be consistent with the information provided to the Trustee pursuant to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement:
