Common use of Reporting of Foreign Investment Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Foreign Investment. Seller and Purchaser agree to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction which is the subject of this Agreement which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, including, but not limited to, The International Investment Survey Act of 1976, The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978, The Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1980 and the Tax Reform Act of 1984 and further agree upon request of one party to furnish the other party with evidence of such compliance.
