Reporting of HIB by Law Enforcement to Schools. In addition to the obligations to share law enforcement information with schools set forth in Article 9 of this Agreement, the law enforcement agency agrees to notify the principal of the school at which a student is enrolled when a student or a student’s parent or guardian reports to the law enforcement agency that a student is the victim of HIB, as defined in the ABR.
