Common use of Reporting of Information by Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Information by Paying Agents. (1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Italian Republic to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement, who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agen shall report to its competent authority:

Reporting of Information by Paying Agents. (1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Italian Republic of Latvia to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement, who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agen agent shall report to its competent authority:

Reporting of Information by Paying Agents. (1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Italian Republic of Hungary to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement, Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a3(l)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agen agent shall report to its competent authority:

Reporting of Information by Paying Agents. (1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Italian Republic of Estonia to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement, Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agen agent shall report to its competent authority:

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Italian Republic of Slovenia to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement, Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agen agent shall report to its competent authority:

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Italian Czech Republic to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement, who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a3(l)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agen shall report to its competent authority:

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Italian Republic of Lithuania to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement, Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agen agent shall report to its competent authority:
