Common use of Reporting of Letter of Credit Information Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. For so long as any Letter of Credit issued by an Issuing Bank other than Administrative Agent is outstanding, such Issuing Bank shall deliver to Administrative Agent on the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on each date that an Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a report in the form satisfactory to Administrative Agent, appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank. Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Lenders on a monthly basis a report of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
