Reporting of Withholdable Payments to Limited Branches and Limited FFIs. A participating FFI must report (or provide sufficient information to its withholding agent, as described in section 6.05(B) of this agreement, to report) withholdable payments that it receives on behalf of a limited branch or limited FFI. See section 4.02(C) of this agreement for the withholding requirements of a participating FFI with respect to payments made to a limited branch or limited FFI. See Form 1042-S and its accompanying instructions for the other information that a participating FFI is required to report in such a case.
