Reporting performed maintenance Clause Samples

The 'Reporting performed maintenance' clause requires a party to document and communicate any maintenance activities that have been carried out on equipment, property, or systems covered by the agreement. Typically, this involves submitting maintenance logs, service reports, or notifications to the other party within a specified timeframe after the work is completed. By mandating timely and accurate reporting, the clause ensures transparency, facilitates ongoing oversight, and helps prevent disputes about the condition or upkeep of the maintained assets.
