Reporting Requirements and responsibility to meet with local unit officials. On or before December 31 of each year, at the Assessing Districts request, the Designated Assessor shall prepare written recommendations and conclusions regarding the current state of the Assessing Districts Assessment Rolls, by class, together with specific recommendations concerning actions which, in the opinion of the Designated Assessor, should be taken to achieve maximum equity and uniformity in the assessment process and compliance with State Tax Commission guidelines and rules and regulations.
