REPORTING, STATUS AND MONITORING SPECIFICATIONS. 25.1. Vendor shall immediately notify the State of any event that may have a material impact on Vendor’s ability to perform the contract. 25.2. By August 31 of each year, Vendor shall report to the Agency or University the number of qualified veterans and certain ex-offenders hired during Vendor’s last completed fiscal year. Vendor may be entitled to employment tax credit for hiring individuals in those groups. 35 ILCS 5/216, 5/217.
